These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StickerMoose mobile application ("the Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.
• By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2 License

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on your device in accordance with these Terms.

1.3 Prohibited Uses

• You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Application.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application, other users' data, or any systems or networks connected to the Application.

2. User-Generated Content

2.1 Content Creation

• The Application allows you to create custom stickers using text prompts.
• You retain ownership of the stickers and prompts you create.

2.2 Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Application.
• You agree not to create any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
