This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Object Remover - AI Eraser (“the Application”). The Application helps users remove unwanted objects from photos. It offers two ways to edit:

• On-device Eraser — brush-based object removal that is processed entirely on your device.
• AI Object Remover — an optional cloud feature that removes objects using a generative AI model. To use it, your image and text prompt are uploaded to our backend and to our third-party AI processing provider, Replicate, Inc. (“Replicate”).

Please read this policy carefully so you understand how each feature handles your data.

1. Data Collection and Usage

1.1 On-device Eraser

• The on-device Eraser processes your photos locally using an on-device AI model.
• For this feature, we do not upload, transmit, store, or access your photos, masks, edits, or exported images on our servers.
• Edited images are stored only on your device or saved to your photo library when you choose to export/save them.

1.2 AI Object Remover (Cloud Processing)

• The AI Object Remover is an optional feature. It only runs when you choose to use it and, the first time, only after you grant explicit consent (see Section 6).
• When you use this feature, the image you select and the text prompt you enter are uploaded to our backend servers and transmitted to Replicate to generate the edited result.
• The image, prompt, and generated result are used to fulfill your request, to display your creation history within the Application, and to maintain service reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
• We do not use your images or prompts to identify you, and we do not sell them.

1.3 Personal Information

• The Application does not require you to create an account.
